Unit One and Unit Two

Unit one: Topic one
People sometimes argue and complain over petty matters in church meetings or throughout the week. I think to solve this issue we need to do as the scriptures say, “Let nothing be done through astrife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each besteem other better than themselves.” If we view others in a good way, we will better understand what they have to say and there will not be as much problem.
Many Youth feel that their parents testimony is sufficient for them. Since they have good parents, they rely on them for all their spiritual strength. But they need to work out their own salvation. Later they will realize that everything that they do effects them, they will not always be able to rely on their parents.
An investigator is considering joining the church, but his family will no longer associate with him if he does. To help with this problem I would tell them that through Christ, everything would be okay. They will be gaining a big church family that is there for them. “I can do all things through aChrist which bstrengtheneth me.”
Through the scriptures we can find answers to all of our questions and problems in our life.

Unit two: topic 5
1.       Jesus Christ is superior to:
a.       Angels
b.      Satan
c.       All things that he helped create
d.       The things of this world
e.      Each and everyone of us.
2.       List of 3 truths Paul taught about the savior
a.       He has been appointed heir of all things
b.      He made the worlds
c.       He, by himself purged our sins.
3.       The Son of God came to earth to save each and every one of us. In Alma 7:13 it says, “ Now the Spirit aknoweth all things; nevertheless the Son of God suffereth according to the bflesh that he might ctake upon him the sins of his people, that he might blot out their transgressions according to the power of his deliverance; and now behold, this is the testimony which is in me.” The only way that he could do that is come and experience mortality for us. He came to be an example to us, so we know how to return to our Heavenly Father.
